Was it to inconvenient to download the latest SF?
Because it isn't an official release and has not been tested as exhaustively. That's the point of releases. Just take a look at the TCEC what happene ...

If anyone's interested here are the results I got with my 12 core Xeon and my 4 thread HP laptop, using the 2017-5-22 asmfishw:

Intel Xeon X5650:
Total time: 169889 ms
Nodes Searched: 35936877 ...

And just to make things clearer, here's how I get it to work on Fritz 15 GUI:

1. Set hashtable size to 2048.

2. Copy paste the Rodolfo game from the start of this thread into your Fritz 15 GUI ...
