PocketFritz4 with Hiarcs 13.1 takes 1 min 32 seconds at D=14 on my Acer Neotouch S200 cell phone to find the 1.Nxe5 move.
Meanwhile Naum 4.1 under PocketGrandMaster takes only 49 seconds at D=14 on the same device while searching at 129kNps.

That's pretty impressive. Ajax chess stalls out at 12 ply, coming up with "Ply:12 Score:425 Nodes:30086895 NPS:173748 O-O f6 Be3 Nd4 Bxd4 exd4 Qe2+ Be7 Nb5 c5 Qe4 Qd7 a4"
