Stockfish for iPhone App not updated?

Stockfish for iPhone App not updated?
Just out of curiosity. It looks as if the iPhone app for stockfish hasn't been updated in 2 years. Is there a reason for this? Or has there been an update to the engine after all? If not, I assume it's Apple's fault.

Ted Wong's app Small Fish has been updated this month with Stockfish 8
What's my next move? - to the fridge for another beer !!
