Just step aside or you might have a bit of heat
Covid covid runs through the town all day

Yes. I want to send the next version to Graham for download. It is just that final testing takes a long time. When I released P3L I thought it was about 100 elo stronger than P3K. It was not stronger at all even though my quick testing indicated it was. I feel that I wasted the time of the rating testers and others with that release and I'm trying to avoid that happening again. P3k is still the version I recommend and there are download sites out there. My new version magically is doing better against Fruit but doing worse against other weaker engines and that is a problem.

Until I finalize this new version I suggest searching the internet for a downloadable earlier version. Versions P3K or P3L should be downloadable somewhere. For example, http://kirr.homeunix.org/chess/engines/ ... p3k-ja.zip

Don't let anybody hurry you. You should only release when you're happy to do so.
