really - somebody does not want to share with the world their 1% gain trick with the rest of the world .... that's being pretty small , not you but the person who made you promised. A 1% gain is barely more than and ELO and they gave it the highest security. Just goes to show the world is full of f&@$ up people.mjlef wrote:I got some hints from some of the other engine compilers. Michael, think about it: The ones with many tricks enjoys to share some or many of them; those with only one (or a few) consider it crusial to keep it a great secret ... When/if revealed it usually turns out to be something quite trivial ...MikeB wrote:really - somebody does not want to share with the world their 1% gain trick with the rest of the world .... that's being pretty small , not you but the person who made you promised. Hehe, everyone can compile, only few can actually program an engine. So the ones who "discover" the fastest compiles are usually the most rediculous trying to protect their "secret" coz they believe they are somehow superior .MikeB wrote:really - somebody does not want to share with the world their 1% gain trick with the rest of the world .... that's being pretty small , not you but the person who made you promised. Re: Komodo 11.01
Does Komodo have an eval command similar to Stockfish's? Even if not so elaborate a breakdown, being able to see its score for a given position would be interesting. Thanks.
