You cannot compare. For Stockfish, a node is a single board position, while for Leela a node is a full game.

But yes, obviously the amount of processing done per node is not comparable at all.

LCZero ID173 - 16000 nodes per move vs. SF 130418 at 15 depth, and, of course, time per move is not equal.

BTW, about test conditions you can read on the first page.
