Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition - .sln files

Post by Norbert Raimund Leisner »

Hello,

can you explain me please (step-by-step manual; perhaps with screenshots) in which way a .sln file like https://github.com/manixaist/AllPawnsMu ... ustDie.sln or https://github.com/ConorGriffin37/chess ... ui/GUI.sln
can be opened/executed by Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition https://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/ - https://www.visualstudio.com/fr/downloads/ - https://www.visualstudio.com/de/downloads/ ?

All Pawns Must Die
https://github.com/manixaist/AllPawnsMustDie
Gandalf Chess GUI
https://github.com/ConorGriffin37/chess/tree/master/gui

Both graphical interfaces support the UCI-protocol.

I have installed the German, English and French packages. Therefore it doesn´t matter which of these three languages you prefer for a communication.

Best wishes,
Norbert

AllPawnsmustDie, with Visual Studio 2017, no problem.
