Which of the potential participants or HGM has issue with the weekend of Nov 19/20?

Are sure you it would be wise to schedule the event during the WCCC?

The testing on HGM's server seems to have been successful on two
fronts. One, his patch to fix the auto pairings mamer seems to work; there
weren't any 3 successive blacks. Two, he had a number of spectators and all
went well.

So, I will work around my Nov 12 conflict and we will have the
tournament on the weekend of Nov 12/13 2011. I will have the web pages and
registration ready by Wednesday night October 26 2011. The tournament will
be on HGM's server.

Also, will you or HGM give some instructions on how to get an account on his server?

I am working on the web pages now. They are almost done.

When you register, I will forward the info to HGM so that he can create accounts. You will be notified when your accounted is created by him or his server.

The registration pages are up. Notice the slight time shift from normal this year. It is starting one hour earlier to help HGM. If he needs it to start a little earlier we may adjust again.
