Like for example Chess Tiger where you have "Gambit", "Gambit Aggressive" etc.
I need to include one more engine for the upcoming swiss tournament.

Try please Deep Sjeng 1.6 & Pro Deo 1.2. They work well (like Chess Tiger) on Chess Partner 5.4 GUI. You find very interesting gambit settings in Engine Properties( press F4/personalities/select one/ok).
