It is easy for some but some do struggle as they know that Qf3 is a certain draw and seem to be happy with this.The best PDA results I got were the following.
Toga 1.2.1a, 1 Qb1 +7.75 in 8 seconds.
PF2, 1 Qb1 in 12 seconds but was only giving it a small +0.04 and took a whole 58 seconds to see a huge advantage.
Fruit 2.1, 1 Qb1 +8.31 in 16 seconds.
Chess Genius, 1 Qb1 + 0.62 in 98 seconds and +7.51 in 103 seconds.
Hiarcs 9.6, 1 Qb1 + 0.51! in 218 seconds.
