Chess engine in a matchbox II

Anyone who has visited Mr. Muller's website should remember Usurpator, the chess engine in a matchbox.

With modern technology though, and the advent of the System on a Chip, it shouldn't be that hard to create a newer, (somewhat) stronger, faster chess engine in a matchbox, should it?
