I haven't released version 3.3 yet, so it's a snapshot of developpement. A couple of things on the to do list before I do so. Anyway, it seems that the improvement (measured at ultra mega fast time control) are validated in rating list condition.

Conditions
* Open Source and Portable engines only: no closed source, commercial, or windows only programs. I made an exception for Critter, because: it's non commercial, multi plateform, Richard is willing to send his sources to selected developpers, and otherwise SF and IH would have no one to play with but each other.
* Copyleft: Ideally licensed under the GNU GPL, or with copyright restrictions that are not excessive.
* 1min+1sec/move, 64 MB Hash, 1 Thread, 64-bit, Ponder off, no EGTB.
* 8 book moves: neither to little, nor too much. Allows engines to develop their own plan, while offering a large enough number of opening positions.
* Bayeselo, offset Fruit 2.1 = 2700 elo.
