Current McBrain-v1.3 ( unreleased)

Code: Select all

info depth 43 seldepth 14 multipv 1 score cp 0 nodes 525955 nps 2358542 tbhits 531 time 223 pv h2h4 a1a2 h4h5 a2a1 h5h6 a1a2 h6h7 a2a1 h7h8q a1a2 h8h3 a2a1 h3h8
info depth 44 seldepth 30 multipv 1 score mate 15 nodes 636329 nps 2374361 tbhits 595 time 268 pv h2h3 a1a2 h3h4 a2a1 h4h5 a1a2 h5h6 a2a1 h6h7 a1a2 h7h8n a2a1 h8f7 a1a2 f7d6 a2a1 d6e4 a1a2 e4c5 a2a1 c5a4 a1a2 a4b6 a2a1 b6c4 a1a2 c4a5 a2a1 a5b3
Interestingly, version 1.2 finds it at depth 40, single core, v1.3 ( un released) find it at depth 44 - but still less than second - so does it really matter?. Will release v1.3 around the first of March. It appears McBrain is used mostly for correspondence chess and analysis so regular monthly updates are appreciated by those types of users.

Nice Mate in 15 position. Very difficult for Stockfish and its variant engines. But strangely critter 32bit on my slow machine can find the mate in less than a second.

Could be another good test position to check for stockfish clones.

McBrain is a Stockfish engine with some tweaks
