I'm looking for human games. Mostly I will use them to build an opening tree to work on my opening repertoire. Most likely I'll be using SCID and I am starting my database from scratch. For human games TWIC is a common source.
None of the listed sources are really much good for correspondence games. For that, I usually purchase the data.

Why not just converting chessbase mega-databases into pgn files then?
