I am not looking for a job. But I am interested in having a server for Chess variants.

What kind of server did you have in mind? I suppose you want something that uses a browser-based client, with 'live' games (i.e. instant relaying of moves, rather than turn-based where they just drop a move while the opponent is not connected)?

The biggest problem in Chess variants is to get people on the server. If you offer many Chess variants, it would also be a problem to get people that want to play the same variant.

What i'm planning is a server for a browser based server.

Naturally Classic Chess will be part of the package.

I'm willing to have the possibility to create tournaments and thematic tournaments.

The inventor of Peace Chess also wants a server to play his variant. Perhaps the two of you could cooperate?

Any server for playing chess variants should offer computer opponents to play the games. Preferably stronger and weaker ones.
This to mitigate the problem of finding human opponents. Personally, I prefer playing humans over a physical board anyway.
