Collectors corner : Sargon 2.5 videos

Post by Alainza »

Hi,

I have made a few videos of Sargon 2.5's display with its famous messages and uploaded them here :
http://www.zanchetta.net/echecs/default ... gRobot.htm

they are very short...while you are on this page, enjoy also the numerous videos provided by Steve which show very rare computers in action.

best regards,
Alain

Excellent videos!
i myself have only ever seen the "Ready to Resign" and mate announcement videos because i can never manage to get the upper hand on Sargon 2.5 in an actual game to see what else he can say!

well, it is not "ready to resign" but "ready to resign ?" and the quotation mark means that I was supposed to resign :(

never resigning regards,

Sorry but when I click on your link all I can see is:

<%@ Reference Page="~/admin/execsql.aspx" %> <%@ page language="c#" inherits="zanchetta.echecs.WebForm1, App_Web_85ubxfxy" %>

...and nothing else.

I'm using FireFox 2.0.0.3.

it looks as if you have hit the site during some management operations.
Anyway, I am downloading now Firefox and I'll test it.

OK, my pages were not compatible with firefox... now they seem to work but :
1) I haven't found a way to refresh fully a page and its frames under firefox so you may have to do some right click / this frame / refresh

2) You also have to install the Windows Media Player Plugin.

Best regards,
Alain

yes, the videos I posted last week (Chesss Challenger 7) and yesterday (Sargon 2.5 are quite sort.

CC7 = the videos show its "eyes" when thinking
Sargon 2.5 = the videos show some messages displayed by Sargon such as "is this a trap ?"

best regards,
Alain
