Homer 2.0 help

Post by maxchgr »

Hi,
I hope this question is okay to post here
I am interested in Homer, installed it,

it asks in installation if i want
Homer2.0 for all x86 processors
Homer2.0 optimized for Pent 4
Homer2.0 optimized for Pent III
Homer2.0 for all (32and64)

I have a Pentium(R) D and I don't know which to choose,
please help and thanks for the help =]

You can choose Pentium 4, but they should all work on your computer.

If I were you, I would try to use the one that runs the fastest. They all should work on your computer, but just slightly different speeds.

yes
I dont want to have to run and test them all and compare which is fastest, i'd rather just ask ppl who know which processor i have =]

I just wasnt sure if pentium(R) D is considered pent 4 or not, still am not sure

thanks

IIRC there isn't. Pentium D was the first dual core.

It makes lot of sacrifices, it isnt a good blitzer, it does better against stronger engines at longer time control. Name another engine that can do all three.
