Thanks Jimbo...

By the way, is there any trick to making Armageddon 3.08 follow my time control?? It loses on time here, under its own GUI it works fine.

Hi Tony,
is there any trick to making Armageddon 3.08 follow my time control?? It loses on time here, under its own GUI it works fine.
Armageddon 2.x versions worked in Win98 without problem, iirc.
I experience the same problem with latest versions in XP.

I am open to suggestions as well.

I just checked the website. Latest version of Armageddon is 2.308.

Lets correct :

Armageddon 2.2x- versions worked in Win98 without problem, iirc.

I have not made an update in few days, so here is the latest one. I hoped that the new version of Joana would help it get off the list, I am sad to announce that isnt the case. I doubt the problem has anything to do with time allocation. In about 20% of the games, Joana simply stops responding, it either misses a command, or does something weird that I cannot explain. I wish for a debug version or a log file so that we can get to the bottom of the issue. The engine is stable, no crashes, no illegal moves, no losses on time on the rest of the games. You can use it in tournaments if you are one of those tournament directors who watches all the games. MSCP is off the list for now, it did lose 2/20 games on time, so its still on the boarder.
