which is the date of deep fritz 11 GUI?

i mean is there any official update?
if so, where to download?
how do we know if it is a real official update?
why doesnt Chessbase® send their regisrtered customers an email to notice it each time an official patch, update, news becomes?

For Official updates by your standard go thru the Chessbase GUI or contact Chessbase support.

As far as I know, there is no DF11 GUI update,
ie for the last two months. On the other hand, I
have been using latest gui11 update, 20081125.

Dear Ted: that was not the main point i wished to highlight. I wonder, like many other chessbase legal users/customers, why i dont receive from Chessbase, any newsletter or email noticing me about updates and so on.....

And I agree with you 100% ....

PS: One would think they could publish it right on the info tab inside the Chessbase GUI. So when a user logged in they would see it. Since they are not placing it on their website.

Thats hard to answer, since I don't know and can't see what has been fixed or changed. I did install it, but I can't say that I noticed any difference other than the date.
