Chess engine written in LOLCODE

Post by pavel »

I was wondering if it will be possible to write a full-fledged chess engine in LOLCODE? I was looking at an example code and that's the first thing that came in to my mind. Maybe a port of TSCP on LOLCODE could be done? I might start this as a hobby program for next month. :) seriously!

Hi Pav
I believed you the first time I just thought I might make a joke about
LOL which also has another meaning.

That's pretty funny. I would imagine getting anything that plays chess using LOLCODE would be quite an achievement, given it's complex enough using structured or object-oriented languages, let alone one where you have to deliberatly misspell words and get into the mind of a teenager :)

I think it is the same meaning, through lolcats being short for laugh-out-loud cats.
