Your Mt. Rushmore of Chess?

Post by Grizzlytae »

For those of you who may or may not no. Mt. Rushmore is a monumental granite sculpture of former United States presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln.

If you were going to name your Mt. Rushmore of Chess.. What 4 chess players heads would you have on the momument?

I would have Robert James Fischer, Gary Kasparov, Alexander Alekhine & Rybka 3 (lol).

1. Rybka 3
2. Gary Kasparov
3. Alexander Alekhine
4. Robert James Fischer

Alekhine impresses me more than Fischer because of his blind simultaneous exhibitions.

5. Anand
6. Carlson
7. Botwinnik
8. Tal

Tal because I like tactics.

9. Matthias
My engine was quite strong till I added knowledge to it.
