Amazing! he withdrew because he claims his 2600 opponet was using Ryka.http://www.chessbase.com/newsdetail.asp?newsid=5232

There is already some good analysis of the game posted on the Rybka Forum. The poster is suggesting that rather than indicating cheating using Rybka, it may reflect more the fact that Mamedyarov did not play the best moves and his opponent took advantage well:

At first sight, this looks like a really silly accusation. Black made only six moves after leaving theory. One of these moves (17... Rxg7) was obviously forced, and all the other moves look natural and easy to find. That these six moves are Rybka's first choices seems completely unremarkable.

I don't find this accusation silly, I find the behavior of his opponent to be very suspicious. That plus the Rybka factor would give me cause to wonder also. :?:

PS: I don't think that GM Shakhriyar Mamedyarov has a history of making these types of accusations. If he did then maybe I could dismiss this claim.

Of course no one can be sure if this accusation has any solid bases,but....my point is,does anybody still doubt the superiority of the top chess engines over the humans :!: :?:
If any one does, please rise your hand so I can see you :D

One plausible explanation is that he is a heavy smoker and the toilet was the only place in which he could smoke undisturbed (if smoking was not allowed in the playing hall).

Mamedyarov has not been in good form recently, maybe the whole thing is out of frustration.

It would be interesting to let the game be analyzed by weaker engines, I believe they could very well find the same moves.
Yeah right, I always take my coat with me when I go to the can after every move!

My question about toilet chess is:

why is it only in chess and no other game that some players visit the toilet so frequently ?

A new chess rule could solve this problem.
