Bug report for Winboard 4.3.15m

Logging into HG's server, it pops up four windows, each of which moves separately. The pieces attempt to move sort of like sticky windows, but the calculations are somehow wrong, and the mouse frequently gets misaligned with the window I am attempting to move. Testing on an XP machine with two monitors, first runs at 1024x768, second runs at 1920x1080. The misalignment particularly tends to happen when I drag the mouse across the screen border: the mouse goes where it should, but the window gets moved by some odd offset vertically (but continues to be controlled by the mouse as I continue dragging).
