EOC means Encyclopedia Of Chess. It is a tree of openings like CTG for Chessbase. EOC can be used with Rebel/Prodeo and ChessPartner 6.

Look at the right of the web page, you can download a giant eoc of 83 millions positions or you can build one from PGN games.
