If a chess engine was developed that played "human-like" chess, with multiple personality options, what strength(s) would you be most interested in? Any personality suggestions would also be welcome.
Example personality:
Little Billy
Little Billy is a natural, and terror of his third grade class where he plays every recess and almost never loses. Impulsive and aggressive, he often beats his dad, and is always on the hunt for new adults to crush.
-Sam
human-like computer adversary

Obviously 1800-2000 - just to make sure I defeat it most of the time.BubbaTough wrote:If a chess engine was developed that played "human-like" chess, with multiple personality options, what strength(s) would you be most interested in? Any personality suggestions would also be welcome.

2000 - 2200
2200 and above
I have a playchess rating of average 2325 and chesscube rating averaging 2300. What I'm looking for specifically, is personality that play less threatening moves and less tactics and could make way for me to detect tactics all the time. To be specific, it ought to play at that level but without too much tactics - this would make one interesting personality!
