New ACCA Rankings page

Inspired by the NC Chess Grad Prix which some of my friends are
doing well in, I have created a rankings page for ACCA member programs.
Rankings are based on performances from the annual ACCA
events and the annual CCT. The web page is:

I suppose I could create one for all programs based on the CCT and
the WCRCC alone. Not sure there is a use for that given the various
rating lists.
