You could not wait until the Rybka 4 release and then to criticize?
You are very fast on the criticisms.
Well, the client policy of Vas is so brilliant and honest that people are dedicated to every statement made by him....

Dr. Wael, I'm just asking that the criticisms are made after the Rybka 4 release.
Aha,I see....thanks....

Hi,

1) Try using Chest in Arena and in ChessBase.
2) Compare the solving time.
3) Check if the same thing happens for other engines too.

Try using Citrine in ChessBase :D

An example. If Vas find that the promotion of the pawn to bishop
may weaken the engine, it might be better to continue with the
bug. Best wait for the launch.

Do you know? I don´t know, but I bet over 50% of people who post here.
That must be why the quality of posters are so bad.
:D :D :D :D :D :D :D

I consider my posts bad, no problem, and I do not think you understand gui.
Not you personally Paulo but I guess that there is a certain amount of correlation between quality of post and software used. .

What is a GUI?

Is that one of those things with the little pieces going round and round?

;)

I'm not kidding, I do not think my posts are good. But
I like computer chess, so I post.

Don't forget ChessGUI!
Sorry, but it's hard for me to believe that you think that
free guis are better than Chessbase or Aquarium. There is
a team developing Chessbase and aquarium
professionally.
I think the work done by free guis deserve my respect,
they are dedicated people who do.

Great programs, but they are under suspicion for much of the computer chess community.

It seems you don´t understand what "being under suspicion" means, Paulo. Let me help you: I´ll give you a personalised example, wich sould make thing easier for you.

"Being under suspicion" means, in your case, that you may have any personal interest to defend Rybka´s author.
"Well, I´m just a soul whose intentions are good,
Oh Lord, please don´t let me be misunderstood."
