Frustrating (Not that I care who wins) and exciting at the same time. I expect Anand to have a bruise on his forehead next match, from hitting his head on the wall after analyzing this match.

opps ¡ this is DRAW, black is locked. with one rook on c4, and the other rook do a lot of "+"... on column "c"

this is always DRAW ¡

bye from spain,

oliver

ok You're right. Anand has the perpetual in hand.
and I think Anand already know, but is playing to see if Topalov is confused, I think the black must be very careful, white can decide to sacrifice the "horse" by the pawns and the issue is complicated, Anand as a minimum has tables, one regret, that he seems to have had "caught" at various times, I think Anand has played at high level in this game, has estimated better than many engines at certain times ...

bye from spain,

oliver

edit: ok, he did that... ;-)

Very disgusted with the endgame play by Anand here.

Now Topalov is going to try and squeeze a win on time!

Not sure why they don't agree a draw here. Neither can win on time and neither can force a winning position.

Nearly impossible I guess, with 30 seconds increment.
