From the readme file:

LOOP and LIST must be activated on each computer once a time. These once generated activating keys remain constant regardless of hardware and software changes. Of course, new as well as additional activations for further PC stations are provided by our support.

To activate the engines LOOP and LIST, start the engines doubleclicking them. Then the engine window should be closed.

In the engine’s folder a key file will be generated automatically. (e.g. 2039778941928955932). Please e-mail the name of this key file to our support looplist@chessonpc.com.

You receive the name of the activated key file directly afterwards. Finally you should replace the name of your former key file (e.g. 2039778941928955932) with the received activating key (e.g. 2639739123938660093).

Yes and for those who're unaware, Loop 2007 is exactly the same as Loop 13.6 which was previously commercial.

But Loop M1-P or T (only 64bit) probably little better ....
