Hello Chess Friends,

A few comments about the latest release of Ipp family engines:

Looking at the results of the latest Ipp family engine's performance are very interesting,surprising/impressive/suspicious...

The Authors of Ipp family are probably Genius in chess engineering or superior in Rybka engine modification

Just in shorter than one year of period we noticed that Ipp family Authors have been released engines playing of level approx. 3300 elo

I wonder also,is that can be possible any new incomer in computer chess programing to create chess engines of level 3300 elo ?!

Yes...there is a such saying 'everything can be possible' and probably the Ipp family's Authors belong to this saying

But anyway,i think X engine (which is considering or has suspicious to be a clone of any chess program) should be allowing of testing,in case of approx.50 elo or stronger than the original engine

However,with big respect to Vasik Rajlich,i plan to test by myself the latest Houdini 1.5 (by Robert Houdart) in SCCT Rating List

So SCCT Rules/Conditions will be:
- Houdini 1.5 x64 T4 will be played firstly 400 games (against top 20 engines),in case of +50 elo better performance than Rybka 4,the test will be continued,if less than 50 elo performance the test will be stopped

I plan to provide this interesting Houdini 1.5 x64 T4's match directly in LIVE,using external PC/Justin TV/Web Camera

Very nice to see you test Houdini 1.5

this is what I got in my last test:

Bram-PC, Blitz 6m+4s AMD6x 1090T each 4 core, own testsuite

1 Houdini 1.5 x64 +16/=28/-6 60.00% 30.0/50
2 Deep Rybka 4 x64 +6/=28/-16 40.00% 20.0/50

in earlier test at 3min 2 sec I got 58,33%

and what is the actual standing in the other 400 games match ?

my guess is 55-65 ELO above DR4

The current total score (against top 20 engines): 90.5 / 107 (84.6 %)

I hope to calculate Houdini's rating in 1-2 days
