File Extraction

Need help extracting .rar file starting with verifying correct download of file extractor. Have been working with WinRAR for Fire_131_w32_KLO.rar. Would telephone communication be at all possible?

.rar files almost always have checksums built in. If you're asking this question because of error messages from unrar or an equivalent extracting program, make sure that you haven't simply suffered from an interrupted download (resulting in a truncated file). That's the most common problem.

Hi Tom,

That is the download on Norm Schmidt's 'Chesslogik' site right ?

It downloads ok and unpacks with no errors using Winrar.
