There is no enforcing.But if you made an extraordinary combination of engines or you used a unique engine you would be glad to reveal if you won the tournament.Otherwise why to think it hard?Everything is allowed.Fritz13,aquarium,arena.The cause of this tournament is to find an experiment engine with your signature or to build an engine that will make you winner with all the availabilities in or out of the market.Maby its a combination of engines depends your opponent.Because you don't know what engine your opponent uses.So you must guess and find an engine response to his plan.Its more like a diplomacy and strategy chess engine tournament
