Thanks Terry however it was a bit unfair for me to ask which one is better because as Rodolfo has pointed out they are both equally strong since the lines transpose to the same position with best play after 3 plies:
27. Rxd4 Rc7 28. h5 or 27. h5 Rc7 28. Rxd4
[d] r3q1k1/2r2p1p/b3pBp1/n3P1QP/p1pR4/P2P2PB/2P2P2/R5K1 b - - 0 28
However since black is obviously a human player (an engine would have played 26...Bb7 instead with a good chance of holding a draw) then we have to ask why the blunder c4? was played. If you can figure that out then the best response is clearly 27 h5! which is what Fischer played here against Lhamsuren Myagmarsuren in 1967 when he was only 14 years old.

After h5 black played 27...cxd3 which quickly loses to 28. Rh4!
Interestingly after 28...Ra7 Fischer played the brilliant 29. Bg2! but he should have played Bg4!!! instead which is even stronger.

I wonder how long it would take an engine to find Bg4!! here? _________________ I’d have all the riches my pockets would hold
