Hi Graham,

Is Vajolet 1.62.1 available or is it a private version? I only can find v0.4.1. Thanks!

Vajolet 1.62.1 - UCI engines. New version 12.12.2012:

Just perfect, Jesús! Thanks! As far as I know, this release has never been publically announced.

Vajolet v1.62.1 is starting in the first division of Italy right now.

Merry Christmas to all of you!

What happened?

Dabbaba only scored a single draw in the last 8 rounds :(

During Christmas I have let different versions of dabbaba play 100 game matches against Alf 1.09. 3 minutes for the whole game.

version, score
2.62 17.0
5.67 23.0
6.52 27.5
6.86 31.5
6.87 37.5

It looks promising.
Especially the last little change with ver 6.87 I made today.
I hope further tests will confirm this progress.

A Merry Christmas and a Happy Newyear to everyone!

I'm really sorry I haven't published Vajolet engine properly. I'll do it as soon as possible, releasing a new improved version, it's sourcecode, and announcing it in the forum :)

Good tournament for my ProChess.
I just realized that there were 4 italian engines "polluting" the tournament :D
