It is possible hyper-bullet testing gives results different from normal time controls. Certainly hyper-bullet ratings are skewed relative to normal chess. But most programmers believe it is a valid method.
Even if it is not, though, as others have noted, 120 games is not enough to reliably measure relative strength when the strength differences are small. That does not mean your results are wrong, just that they are uncertain to be right. You can run BayesELO (http://remi.coulom.free.fr/Bayesian-Elo/) to obtain ratings and error ranges based on your matches.

Re: An interesting engine - Andscacs 0.63
Hi!
Thanks for the little match. Andscacs is clearly weaker in fast games than in slow games. Sometime in the future I will try to improve it at those timecontrols.

Andscacs will be a part in one of my tournament with some engines in 2600-2700 ELO CCRL (4/40) area.
My testing time control (4'+2") means around 15' per game, so in rapid chess area ( not in blitz or bullet) !
Andscacs will be for sure a very special chess engine. Not so common to be a good chess player and a good programmer !
Cheers,

Re: Hard, very hard (Ares 1.005) !
Very hard for Ares 1.005 w32 the match with the old (ten years) but good & famous chess engine of Mr.Dieter Bürßner - Yace Paderborn (0.99.87). Just a sample:
The final result - somewhere in the future (maybe in this life ) !
