It's a tablet but it's a Wintel X86 device
AFAIK that new Intel quadcore CPU is 64bits so it has room for improvement if you use Stockfish 64 compile.
I tried that, but Arena complains the module is 64 bits and the OS is 32 bits and says it can't load the module.

OK it means your Windows OS is 32bit. Just update it to 64bit and run Stockfish64 again. I'm interested to see how much % is the 64bit gain :)

anybody a benchmark of the 8 core exynos samsung s5, i think it is named
samsung s5 g900H

instead of the slow qualcomm 801 it has 8 exynos cores.
maybe this is better for chess.
What seems like a fairy tale today may be reality tomorrow.

I wonder if the soon coming N1 tablet from Nokia will finally dethrone Apples' superior offerings when it comes to chess. It has a 64 bit quad core Intel Atom with 2mb of L2 cache. The Z3580 is clocked around 2.3 ghz and this tablet is beautiful and cheap. I am wondering if the U.S. will get it. Here are more details about the chipset:
