Kd1 ... it is possible I will lose this position but then it would not be fun if we were not to mix it up after the McMad gambit!!!

This should be fairly forcing for a while. I certainly can't see to the end! As Tal said, "There are sound gambits and then there are mine". :o)

Does white have a looming attack, not easy preventable?

If not, white should not have played like that.

I mean if so, it may need to have in mind a possible future sac of Nc3d5.

No! I change my mind even on that one!

White has 2 pawns on his e file to clear away before he can attack down it.

OK, so whites f file will always be strong. Maybe That's enough to win the game clearly? Don't know! Black also has scope to defend and menace.

In compensation for the weak pawns white has the open files and his pawns also cover all the valuable centre squares.
