ProTools ... question for Ed!

Hello Ed,

I am using ProTools since a while.
I like it definitive!!

For my webpage I am using the cross table from ProTools. I wrote it in the past, such a possibility I am searching a long time and have it now!

Here the lastest version of my FCP Rating List, each one against each other:

It is possible to give the "Name of engine" more place / spaces?
Also on the end of the table ... more place / spaces for points / results?

Have a look here what Miguel do with Ordo ...
Miguel have a configuration file for it:

Called "Collums".

Hi Frank,

Some info about the cross table option since I haven't fully understood your wish.

Maximum number of engine = 100

Engine name has space for 50 characters but is truncated at 23 characters for reasons of outlining. I understand your wish to increase the number 23. I will make a fix by first checking for the largests engine name and use that number for the truncation.

Hi Ed,

I think 30 characters is fully enough.
Largests is "Deuterium 14.3.34.130 POP x64" with 29.

Hm, better 34 ...

In your cross table I posted before the last round is 50.
Between round 50 and score isn't enough place (Schönheitsfehler, blamish I think is the right word). Means better for looking is 2 characters more place.

Hi Ed,

I asked Miguel for move average in Ordo calculation as new parameter. I know it have nothing to do with Elo calculation. Your cross table have also nothing to do with move average.

I know ...
But in one of my tables it should be so see.

I can added move average by hand and can looking in ChessBase or the tools by Norm Pollock.

Maybe you have interest to do that, menas added the information on the end of the table?

Have many many thanks, need that because many things can be learn with move average (Contempt questions for an example). So different reasons I like to have it.
