The latest CCRL Rating Lists and Statistics are available for viewing from the following links:

Chiron 4 added, as well as Komodo 10.4

Komodo 10.4 shows a +41 Elo gain over 10.2 in the entire database, but a bit more than that on the pure list before and after.
