Hello,
under Windows 7 SP1 32-bit the application Elf 3D GUI from 29th November 2005 (435 KB) cannot be lauched :
"error unable to create 3D scene". Even not as administrator and with Windows XP compatibility mode.
I downloaded the MSI v1.0.1 from here:
https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://ww ... _Win32.exe
Any suggestions?
Best wishes,
Norbert

When you installed the program, did you run the installer in XP compatibility mode and administrator mode? I did that in Windows 10 and it seems to run fine here.

Out of curiousity I downloaded it and tried it in linux with wine.
It seemed to install ok and then offered to run the program.
I clicked on finish and I got a full screen display of a 3D chess board and pieces.
Unfortunately that was it! My computer was locked up.
I had use the CTRL+ALT+F1 keys to login via a new terminal and shut the program down.
After getting back to the Desktop, the screen resolution was screwed and I had to log out and back in again to fix it.
