Congratulations to your great cpu.
Please download asm stockfish popcnt.exe and give us the kn/sec with 4 GB Hashsize after one minute thinking.

Thx in advance.

And Fritz bench is not very fit to measure speed on 16 threads. Stockfish and Komodo results for Ryzen 1800X are probably surpassing 8 core i7-6900K and i7-5960X.

Yes, there are much better ways to measure than the Fritz benchmark.

Not bad. Ist this the result at the basic 3,6 GHz or did you run the ryzen with 4 GHz?

Could you please test the following command on stockfish if possible, without any overclocking?
bench 128 8 18
Thanks :)

I rarely get a chance to prove a Pro like you wrong, Mr Laskos.
So, I couldn't resist
And this with Hyperthreading Off on my 8 core Intel i7 5960X !
Just imagine the Score if I had left ON Hyperthreading !
Intel still kicks AMD a$$, NOTHING has changed !
i7 5960X @ 4.1 Ghz, 64 GB G.Skill RipJaws RAM, Twin Asus ROG Strix OC 11 GB Geforce 2080 Tis

I was talking of Stockfish and Komodo, Fritz benchmark is not adequate for multicore, as I already wrote.
