With contempt set to zero 0 you would expect more draws for Komodo 11 and less wins for 'the fish', but asmfish gets 3 more wins from 31 to 34 and Komodo doubles its wins from 4 to 8
So number of draws has lowered from 65 to 58(%)
With black asmfish wins 11 – 1 with white the outcome is 23 – 7

Shortest win is this game in 28 moves, a rather original kingside blow up, where ‘The fish’ gives up castling in a Queens Indian variation plays a novelty with Rg1(!) at move 10 followed by g4 'and so on'

Thanks, Bram! I am quite surprised by the 63.5% and 63.0% scores by SF in these matches, considering the minimum number of opening moves they get.

Below a few interesting games from the 2nd match.

Game 27: After just 5 plies of forced opening moves, both engines produce a main line Sicilian Sveshnikov. The ending is slightly better for white and in the end SF wins a very instructive rook ending.

Game 29: Just six plies theory in the French and SF comes up with 6.h4!?, the Chatard-Alekhine attack. The next surprise is 12.Nxf7!?. Both engines agree white is better for some time, but in the end Komodo defends and realizes its material advantage.

Game 77: After 6 plies of Benko gambit SF surprisingly doesn't take the pawn (4.cxb5), but prefers a sideline by playing 4.Bf4!? Already early in the game SF starts pushing pawns and Komodo 'castles into it'. The obvious 30.Bxh5 and the far less obvious 32.Bxg6! lead to a clear white win.

less opening moves, more remaining game play, and consequently more leeway for making mistakes.

Game 82: Lot's of agressive pawn pushes in the Leningrad Dutch. SF's 37... h4? appears to be a mistake, allowing white to close the K-side by 38.h3. Both engines disagree about the resulting position, another SF error allows Komodo to claim an advantage. It takes SF a surprising long time to admit it is in trouble. Apparently it missed the decisive blow 49.e6!

Game 87: black's play in the opening is rather inconsequent (4... d6?! is not very good), which allows SF to build up a strong attack by 28.f4. Komodo sidelines its Q on b4, after which the attack quickly becomes decisive. White wins material and the game.

This is only blitz, in which games are more tactical and you get more decisive results. Besides, the other reason this set produces quite a lot of wins, is the inclusion of short lines that engines will never play themselves (and they also do not particularly like them).

In a LTC match a la TCEC the number of draws will obviously increase significantly, maybe there is someone on this forum with strong hardware who'd like to try this out.

well Jeroen, I have played through this one myself
It looks as if Stockfish missed a good opportunity at move 28, Ra3?! is wrong idea. Best move is to play on on kingside with Rg4! with ongoing better position +0,5 +0,6 according to all three top engines
