If 87.Kf4 played the follow up shows 87...Kc5 as 0.00 but when played shows white as loosing.

Loading up Texel using same Syzygy at move 92. wants to play Ne3 and looks like white would be saved.
when there are so many losing moves, nothing to wonder about: this is simply not a straightforward draw.

what tbs did engines use?

with both engines without tbs, which also a possible scenario, one of them could lose easily.
