Last TCEC was very interesting because of the participation of the new Houdini.

I hope we will see again a new Houdini in the tournament.

Houdini 6 will be released next month, maybe just in time for the TCEC tournament (I don't know when TCEC Season 10 starts, I have no more information than you).

or, he might just publish with 20 elo increase, the way he did between H 1.5 and H2.

I believe in 40 elo as a minimum , would be enough to beat Komodo but not Stockfish.

For accuracy, you should also mention the number of draws played. Merely tossing them leads to wrong elo differences.

alternatively, Martin can check very well his legal contract and, if possible, should start a completely new TCEC2(some other name), the way he has been doing it quite successfully for a long time.
