I will try to participate with Orion !

Since I'm not familiar with Winboard and that I only participated once (in July 2015), I'm not sure to be technically ready. I've just tested the connection and all seems ok, but... In case of problem, do not wait for me and start the tournament !

Note : I browsed the forum, and added '-fUCI' and '-keepAlive 5' to the given command line. I also changed the value of 'Hash size' in 'Options > Common engine...'. Since Orion do not use opening books or endgame tablebases, I think that's all. Is there anything else to change/configure to get ready ? Thanks for your help !

I'm thinking about to skip this tournament. So don't be surprised if Skipper(_WINB or whatever) does not play.

I don't want to participate with a crap version or a version that even I don't think is interesting. Not enough time to create a better version today.

Creating test positions and a complete new evaluator takes far more time than a few hours.

Also other interesting/important things to do.

Going to try out Lazy SMP version of WyldChess (2 core) in the tourney. Hopefully bug-free now :)

Maybe someone could make a livestream and place it on youtube so more people can watch it without having to create an account and log in.

Viewers are usually lazy people.

But probably not worth the effort. For still almost nobody would watch.
