We try to tune Dynamism to the best value in games against Komodo for each release. We do not really try to tune against any other specific program. Komodo is so strong, plus the need for a huge number of games to tune Komodo makes it impossible for us to really tune against a human player. But you can use Dynaism to make Komodo play more conservatively or riskier. From the manual:

"Lower values will make Komodo play more conservatively, while with higher values it will play riskier moves. More static parts of the evaluation like material and pawn structure are not changed by Dynamism."
