SF-McBrain v3.0 TCEC-X RELEASE

Post by MikeB »

All flavors of binaries available - a huge call out to Dann Corbit , Lucas Monge and John Stanback for providing the binaries. Details and binaries at the link below.

https://github.com/MichaelB7/Stockfish/releases/tag/3.0

This will push total downloads to over 4,000:

However I could not find any link to your engine. Can you please post it, so it can be seen ?

Michael, thank you for very strong engine!!

Guys, on my machine
iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2014), processor 1,4 GHz Intel Core i5

which compilation will be fastest ?

SF-McBrain-v30-TCEC-X_macOS_bmi2
SF-McBrain-v30-TCEC-X_macOS_gcc7
SF-McBrain-v30-TCEC-X_macOS_gcc7_v2
SF-McBrain-v30-TCEC-X_macOS_modern_clang

Thanks again for your work, Michael!

Fritz (14) doesn't like the long names of the modern compiles, I guess. Storing an .UCI- file with changed parameters at least seems to make the GUI "forget" the stored .eng- file

It’s the first link in my post (github), scroll to the bottom for the binaries.

ohh ok. I just saw different compiles from Dann Corbit and others. I thought had nothing to do with your engine.

How do you get +/-11 error bars with just 126 games? It's double that with Bayeselo and higher still with Elostat.
