I am trying to do the same with the SSDF rating list for the 1996-2005 period to bridge the gap to the start of CEGT and CCRL in 2006.

As far as I can remember the SSDF went online in 1996 in RGCC and I have been able to reconstruct the rating lists they produced from 1996 till 2004, but missing the year 2005.

Does someone still have the 2005 SSDF rating lists?

In the meantime you can download the SSDF rating lists from 1996-2004 in a zip-file.
