@ Damir Just mentioning things is not treally helping and if you then use your post to verbally abuse the developer, twice I believe, the post only gets deleted hopefully before Marco sees it.

I am happy the old time management is back, I think we can thank Ipman also! I had not seen it yet, and also not the two other patches that Marco approved this morning. Very well done authors and testers!

@ Ray: I have no idea, I would not mind trying to get to 100 Elo, double what it is now so Alpha Zero would again have to prove it is better than Stockfish :) But I don't know how long that would take...
Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first
place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you
are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it.

Where did you read that I abused the developer in my post ?
I said I was happy that they put the old time management back again..
and that the new time management was buggy and losiing games on time.
There is no abuse. I don't know where you got this idea from the post I wrote...

Possibly you did not consciously mean to abuse Damir but you must know very well it was not polite what you wrote. If you don't maybe you should reread those old posts but I sincerely hope they got deleted.

From what I can see, basically you are saying there is a wolf out there, when in reality there is not. :) :)

Maybe I was harsh towards SF team in my previous posts regarding new time control in the past, and wanted them to put the old one instead.
But not in this one. You should not try and stir up trouble where there is none. :) :)

Why?

A test is done in vain only if nothing is learned from it.
