Re: Broadcast Details
I had big troubles with Jumbo + Arena. It would hang/crash. Let's hope you don't face them.

Can you describe what's happening under Arena? Do you have a logfile, or could you produce one for me?CMCanavessi wrote:I had big troubles with Jumbo + Arena. It would hang/crash. Let's hope you don't face them.

Re: Broadcast Details
I don't exactly know, it was working fine when I tested it playing against itself, but when I started the tournament, at the time Arena loads both engines it was taking very very long to load Jumbo. I tried with different hash sizes in case that was the cause and it didn't make any difference. After the tournament is finished, I'll try again and see if I catch the cause of the problem. I don't have any logs.Sven wrote:Can you describe what's happening under Arena? Do you have a logfile, or could you produce one for me?CMCanavessi wrote:I had big troubles with Jumbo + Arena. Right now I tried to start a tourney with Jumbo and three other engines, I had no problems with Arena 3.51 under Win7.CMCanavessi wrote:I don't exactly know, it was working fine when I tested it playing against itself, but when I started the tournament, at the time Arena loads both engines it was taking very very long to load Jumbo. Re: Broadcast Details
I'm using win 10, maybe there's a difference there? Or maybe it's something related to the Ryzen processor? Anyways, I'll re-test after the tournament is finished and report back to you.
